Basic Setup
- Setup the whole system and read the manual
- Make sure you have the license activated
- Make sure you have the correct lens on your broadcast camera
- Test that you get a stable input from the sensor camera and from the SDI camera (If the sensor camera shows black make sure that the iris is fully opened)
- Check under Test Lens that you get the values for Zoom and Focus
- Adjust the Exposure an Gain of the sensor camera (Exposure <4000, Gain below 10) (Good values are Exposure:2000 and Gain:0
- Make sure that the sensor camera can see the coded floor at any position
- Make sure that the sensor camera is fixed strongly after the adjustment
- Follow the steps in the Manual or in the Quick manual to do the calibration
Offset Calibraton
If the hardware setup and all the physical values are set then do the offset calibration:
- Make sure that both cameras can see the coded floor
- Uncheck the Disable Master
- set the Error Tolerance to 0
- set the velocity update to 1
- Record offset for about 5 to 10 seconds
- stop recording
- Click Calculate
- Set the Error Tolerance back to 0.02 (recommended)
- Set the Velocity Update back to 0.3 (recommended)
After the offset calibration check the Lens shift:
If there is a shifting during the zoom in and out do the following:
- Check the cuboid in the VioTrack software
- Place the cube on the corner of the coded floor
- Fully zoom in and adjust the position again that the edges of the cube perfectly align with the edges of the coded floor
- Zoom full out and in again and check if the cube is shifting
- If there is a shift adjust this shift in the lens Tab with the Lens Shift x & y until there is no more shifting
If there is a shifting during Pan (Left / Right) do the following:
- Adjust the shifting with the Fake FoV value
